Champagne & Sparkling

Delicately pink sparkling wine from the Prosecco region, blended with 15% Cabernet Sauvignon making for a very attractive and quaffable 'aperitivo'.

Bright fresh and zippy with rich citrus, peach and white flowers, palate has nice intensity with Apple, lemon and peach fruit, crisp and lively, decent mousse, good length.

When a sparkling red sings, like this example from Emilia-Romagna, it offers a lovely fusion of red fruit, grippy tannins and delicate acidity.

This is a lovely bready, yeasty fizz with lots of ripe fruit, peach, pear and apple and a creamy toasty core. Easy going with definite richness on the finish, this is a really easy drinker.
